School Facilitator and home therapy Job
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Facilitator to support a young female student with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in both school and home-based learning environments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in special education, behavior management, and individualized learning strategies.

Position: School Facilitator and home therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support to the child in a school setting.
• Facilitate learning by adapting teaching strategies to meet the child’s needs.
• Assist with communication and social skills development.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to implement individualized learning plans (IEPs).
• Support the child with daily activities, transitions, and emotional regulation.
• Encourage independence while ensuring a structured and supportive learning environment.
• Provide feedback and progress reports to parents and educators.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Special Education, Psychology, Behavioral Therapy, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
Skills Required:
• Knowledge of autism interventions (ABA, PECS, TEACCH, etc.).
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage behavioral challenges effectively.
• Experience in classroom facilitation and home tutoring.
Ability to work collaboratively with educators and caregivers.
Certifications (Preferred): Special Education Training, ABA Therapy Certification, or relevant professional development courses.
