Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management:
• Manage and deliver multiple internal and client-facing projects strategy, transformation, or implementation with clarity, control, and confidence.
• Ensure adherence to PMO lifecycle phases Initiate → Plan → Execute → Control → Close while maintaining flexibility for Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope definition, workstream planning, milestone tracking, and post-implementation reviews.
• Drive strategic alignment by ensuring projects tie to organizational OKRs, value priorities, and business case benefits cost savings, revenue growth, risk mitigation.
• Own project governance, including steering committee updates, executive briefings, and risk/escalation management.

Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as the primary point of contact for engagements, ensuring accountability across cross-functional teams internal & client.
• Engage with C-level executives and business sponsors to align on objectives, manage expectations, and drive high-impact decisions.
• Conduct discovery workshops to define project scope, success metrics, and critical milestones.
• Apply hypothesis-driven problem-solving to break down complex challenges and structure actionable recommendations.
• Develop client-ready deliverables decks, dashboards, progress reports with clear insights and executive-level storytelling.

Operational Excellence & Reportintg:
• Maintain real-time visibility into project health via Power BI dashboards, status reports, and risk/issue logs.
• Track productivity, capacity utilization, and engagement health across assigned projects.
• Lead PMO and steering committee reviews, presenting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Optimize resource allocation internal teams, vendors, contractors to maximize efficiency and delivery quality.

Risk, Change & Continuous Improvement:
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of blockers.
• Partner with Change Management teams to drive stakeholder adoption and readiness.
• Implement post-mortems and lessons learned to refine processes and improve future delivery.
• Champion best practices in project management and contribute to PMO knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field.
• 3 - 5+ years of project management experience in a structured PMO or consulting environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification PMI-ACP, SAFe, ScrumMaster.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects on time and within budget.
• Sector experience in technology, financial services, or digital transformation program
