Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support our growing portfolio of services,
training programs, and funded projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into clear,
engaging messaging and knows how to move people from awareness to action.
While this role completed virtually. The ideal candidate has
to be able to work from 4pm to 12am to support campaigns, launches, and client-
facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Creation
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging promotional content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Develop content that highlights Ohloree's services, training programs, workshops, and impact

stories.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets including reels, carousels, graphics, and

email snippets.

Campaigns & Lead Generation
• Support the design and execution of lead generation campaigns across email, social media, and

paid platforms.
• Set up and monitor landing pages, intake forms, and basic funnels connected to campaigns.
• Assist with coordinating and monitoring social media and Google ad campaigns (strategy support,

not heavy ad buying).

Client & Systems Support
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems and contact lists.
• Coordinate and manage client appointment scheduling and follow-ups
• Support basic reporting on campaign performance and engagement metrics

Projects, Training & Feedback
• Lead the creation of marketing and communications collateral including:
• o Workshop and training snippets
o Service and project promotional materials
o Video and written client testimonials
• Assist with the preparation, administration, and tracking of project pre- and post-assessments,

surveys, and feedback forms

Collaboration & Administration
• Attend and participate in relevant internal and project meetings.
• Coordinate with consultants, facilitators, and partners to gather content and updates
• Support additional communications or administrative tasks related to active projects as

needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150, ₦200,000.00 per month
