Location: Sango-Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resource/Administrative Officer to support our day-to-day operations. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who can manage administrative tasks and oversee basic HR functions in a small business setting.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
• Manage office correspondence, calls, and visitor inquiries.
• Schedule meetings and maintain management calendars.
• Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other documents.
• Organize and maintain filing systems physical and digital.
• Track office supplies and support general office logistics.
• Report to the Managing Director and Business Manager.
Human Resource Functions
• Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR files.
• Monitor staff attendance and leave records.
• Support staff performance tracking and basic conflict resolution.
• Help enforce company policies and improve workplace discipline.
Requirements
• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Admin, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of basic HR practices and Nigerian labor regulations is a plus.
Candidate must reside in or around Sango-Ota, Ogun State, candidates in close proximity to Sango Ota shall be considered.
Remuneration: #150,000 - #200,00
