Job Summary
• The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting products, services in specific geographic regions or territories for the Organization. He/she will work to build brand awareness, generate leads and drive sales through in-person interactions, events and marketing initiatives for the Organization.
• The qualified candidate must be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to promote products/services in assigned territories.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and influencers to drive business growth.
• Plan and execute events, trade shows and other marketing activities to engage with target audience in his or her territory.
• Conduct market research and gather feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align the field marketing efforts with the overall business goals.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for differentiation.
• Manage budgets and resources for field marketing activities in assigned territories.
Key Performance Indicators KPIs
• Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement by the local territory.
• Territory Coverage: Number and value of corporate B2B deals closed within your territory.
• Lead Generation: Growth in qualified leads generated offline and digital.
• Relationship Building: Customer satisfaction and retention scores.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Engineering/Technical background is a strong plus.
• Must be fluent in French and English.
• Minimum of 2-6years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or B2B sectors.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field setting
• High integrity, result-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a drive to break barriers.
