Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Leadership
• Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
• Create, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Define project scope, objectives, and requirements in alignment with stakeholder expectations.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and activity logs.
• Track project progress, identify risks or gaps, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

People & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, landlords, and fit-out vendors.
• Align project goals with organizational objectives and contribute to strategic planning.
• Apply best practices in project management to drive continuous improvement.

Operational Execution
• Oversee shop acquisition and lease negotiations across multiple locations.
• Manage contractors and fit-out vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Maintain trackers and status reports for all ongoing and completed projects.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in lease management across multiple locations.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable lease terms.
• Solid understanding of the Nigerian real estate industry.
• Experience managing contractors and fit-out vendors.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to track project progress and ensure operational excellence.
