Job Summary
• The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring effective workforce management, legal compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Develop and enforce HR policies and disciplinary procedures
• Oversee performance management, training, and staff development
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Advise management on HR and employment law matters
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); BL qualification is mandatory
• Must be a certified HR professional (CIPM mandatory; SHRM/HRCI is an advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment law
