• The HR & Admin Officer supports effective human resource management and administrative operations for the project.
Key Responsibilities
• The role manages staff records, recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding, payroll data, training coordination, policy compliance, office management, documentation, and internal communications.
Qualifications & Experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field is required, with experience in HR and administrative functions.
