Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage
end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop,
implement, and review HR policies and procedures.
• Handle
employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
• Maintain
accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate
performance appraisal processes and staff development initiatives.
• Ensure
compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies.
• Support
payroll preparation and staff welfare initiatives.
• Advise
management on HR-related matters and workforce planning.
• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Employee Relations & Conflict Management
• HR Administration & Record Management
• Confidentiality
• Integrity & Professionalism

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of
3–5 years of proven HR experience.
• Knowledge of Labour Laws & HR Compliance
• Strong
knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High level
of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency
in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
