Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join their fully remote HR team. This role is critical in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and fostering a positive and productive work environment across all remote operations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR functions including talent management, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and organizational development. Your ability to build strong relationships and drive HR best practices in a virtual setting will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into effective HR plans and initiatives. Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Advise on talent acquisition and retention strategies, collaborating with the recruitment team to attract and onboard top talent. Oversee performance management processes, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and providing coaching to managers. Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that are competitive and aligned with market trends. Identify and address organizational development needs, facilitating change management initiatives and promoting employee engagement. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and HR regulations, providing proactive advice on risk mitigation. Develop and deliver HR training programs for employees and managers on various HR topics. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization. Facilitate effective onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees. Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role. Demonstrated experience supporting diverse business units and leadership teams. In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build trust and credibility with employees and management at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Experience with change management, talent management, and organizational design. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. This role is fully remote, serving clients and employees within the **Umuahia, Abia, NG** operational scope virtually.
