JOB SUMMARY
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years’ accounting experience in FMCG and/or manufacturing companies.Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.Preferred Qualifications:ICAN or ACCA certification (or in progress) is an advantage.Experience working in a factory or production-based environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate financial records for manufacturing and FMCG operations.Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.Monitor production costs, inventory, and cost of goods sold (COGS).Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements (VAT, WHT, PAYE).Reconcile bank statements, inventory, and general ledger accounts.Support internal and external audits.
