Shuttlers is a platform that enables professionals access efficient shared-transportation in Lagos Metropolis. We help transform the stressful time commuting to and from work into a productive, refreshing and relaxing experience.
With Shuttlers App, Professionals can book a seat on a route, pay for seat and track arrival of their shuttles.
Our goal is to help you commute to work and back home in the most comfortable, safe, fun and affordable way possible. Passengers shuttle in air conditioned buses. Each route has been designed and customized to suit your commuting needs.
JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a content marketing or similar role, with a proven track record of audience engagementDemonstrated experience in managing a team or leading projects with multiple direct reports or stakeholdersExceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Conversational tone preferred. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types (e.g., articles, social media campaigns, video scripts; case studies and reports are a plus).Demonstrable experience in engaging diverse audiences with a focus on relatability and visual hooks.Deep understanding of social media platforms and content management systems.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Collaboration & Lateral Management:Collaborate with and inspire peers to achieve high quality content output. These include content creators, Social Media Associate and Production/Design Specialists. Oversee the content production pipeline, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring all team members are aligned with brand goals.Provide constructive feedback and guidance to foster a high-performing and collaborative creative environment.Brand Communications & Storytelling:Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Shuttlers' brand values and business objectives.Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our diverse audience, from daily commuters to corporate clients.Lead the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, social media content, email newsletters, and website copy.Copywriting & Messaging:Serve as the lead copywriter, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across all touchpoints.Develop messaging frameworks for new product launches, campaigns, and key brand initiatives.Write persuasive and clear copy for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.Campaign & Content Series Development:Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns and content series.Identify and create "brand moments" and storytelling opportunities that highlight our commitment to transportation, wellness, and lifestyle.Supervise the Social Media Associate and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.Audience Engagement & Growth:Lead efforts to grow Shuttlers' brand share of voice and engagement across all online and offline channels.Analyze content performance metrics to inform future strategy and optimize for maximum reach and impact.Engage with our community of riders, drivers, and partners to gather insights and create user-generated and original content opportunities.
