Key Requirements
• Academic: Candidates must possess a Doctorate degree Ph.D. in the relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Background: Must also possess a good first degree Bachelor's and a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline.
• Experience: At least eight 8 years of teaching and research experience in a university.
• Scholarly Record: Candidates must demonstrate a significant record of high-quality scholarly publications in reputable national and international journals and evidence of academic leadership.
