Our client is actively seeking motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their expanding sales team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of our sales process, responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective customers, generating new business opportunities, and setting the stage for our Account Executives. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting, utilizing various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social media to engage with potential clients. You will conduct thorough research to understand prospect needs and pain points, articulating our client's value proposition effectively. Success in this role relies on your ability to build rapport, handle objections, and consistently meet or exceed targets for qualified leads generated. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is highly preferred, though not strictly required for candidates with exceptional drive and a passion for sales. You should be comfortable working independently, managing your time effectively, and thriving in a virtual team environment.
