Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in lagos, Nigeria. The Human Resources Manager will manage the company’s HR functions, including overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. The role requires creating, maintaining, and implementing HR policies and strategies while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. The HR Manager will also handle administrative responsibilities such as payroll, benefits, training, and ensuring alignment with company goals and employee development needs.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding processes
• Strong skills in employee relations, communication, and resolving workplace conflicts
• Knowledge of performance management systems and HR policy development
• Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements
• Ability to implement and manage training and development initiatives
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in HR software and office tools
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications such as PHR or CIPM are a plus
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with employees and leadership
• Experience in the real estate or investment industry is an added advantage
