Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Sage 300
• Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts
• Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare monthly financial summaries and management reports
• Support VAT, WHT, and other statutory filings as required
• Maintain proper documentation and organised financial records
• Assist with audits and internal financial reviews
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards
• Work closely with management to support financial control and reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
• Strong, practical experience with Sage 300 (mandatory)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and internal controls
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in an office-based environment
• ICAN- AATN (Associate of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Nigeria)
