Job Description
We are a fast-growing logistics and transportation company providing reliable freight, haulage, warehousing, and supply-chain solutions across Nigeria. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our client base and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate and SME clients
• Promote logistics services, including haulage, freight forwarding, last-mile delivery, and warehousing
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and provide feedback on competitor activity
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and invoicing
• Prepare regular sales performance reports
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Transport Management, or related field
• 1–4 years experience in sales (experience in logistics, FMCG, courier, or transport is a strong advantage)
• Proven ability to meet sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Nigerian roads, trade routes, and commercial hubs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, mobile, and target-driven
• A valid driver’s license is an added advantage

Experience:
