Our client, a prestigious Real Estate firm, is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent to specialize in property acquisition. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Calabar, Cross River, NG . The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the local property market, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal properties. You will be responsible for identifying potential properties, building strong client relationships, and guiding buyers through the entire acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively source and identify residential and commercial properties for sale within the specified market areas. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders. Conduct property viewings and present properties to prospective buyers. Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and property valuations. Negotiate purchase agreements on behalf of buyers, ensuring favorable terms. Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of property acquisition. Prepare and present market analysis reports to clients. Stay informed about local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and industry trends. Network with industry professionals to generate leads and opportunities. Manage a portfolio of clients and properties effectively. Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage client communications, and document transactions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent in Nigeria. A strong understanding of the Calabar, Cross River, NG property market is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required. Proven sales ability and a track record of successful property acquisitions are highly desirable. A professional demeanor and a commitment to providing exceptional client service are paramount. Must hold a valid real estate license.
