Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels including outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound lead follow-up. Conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospective clients to uncover pain points and business objectives. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of each prospect. Effectively manage a pipeline of opportunities through a CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and to provide valuable market feedback. Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and account management. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting. Self-motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a remote, autonomous work environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
