Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in **Bauchi, Bauchi, NG**. This role is integral to driving revenue growth and expanding our client's market share. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals. You will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.

Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets. Identifying and prospecting potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social selling. Conducting needs assessments to understand client requirements and offering tailored solutions. Presenting and demonstrating products/services effectively to potential clients. Negotiating contract terms and closing sales agreements. Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and insights. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management is a must. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, coupled with a proactive and resilient attitude, is crucial for success in this hybrid role.
