Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Lead the digital marketing unit, setting vision, strategy, and execution plans.

Develop and oversee integrated digital campaigns across web, social media, email, and paid channels.

Drive analytize and performance marketing to maximize ROI.

Manage digital content creation, including blogs, videos, infographics, and thought leadership pieces.

Collaborate with product and sales teams to align digital marketing with business objectives.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and data security best practices.

Monitor emerging digital trends and technologies, applying them to enhance brand positioning.

Mentor and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.

Qualifications & Skills

HND Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field .

Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven expertise in digital strategy, analytics, and campaign management.

Strong knowledge of social media, marketing automation, and CRM tools.

Experience in engineering, technology, or security-related industries is an added advantage.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
