Job Description
Summary
• The HR Manager is fully accountable for driving the people agenda across the QSR business, ensuring the attraction, development, engagement, and retention of a high-performing workforce.
• The role partners closely with operations leadership to support business performance through effective workforce planning, strong employee relations, compliance, and a consistent people experience aligned with brand values and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Workforce Management:
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations across restaurant outlets, ensuring efficient and compliant people processes.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing levels, and shift structures to support operational demands and productivity.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and labour standards across all locations.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
• Lead recruitment efforts for restaurant and support roles, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent.
• Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated and brand-ready.
• Build talent pipelines to support growth, expansion, and attrition management.

Employee Relations & Compliance:
• Act as a key point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, health & safety, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely reporting on HR metrics.

Performance Management & Capability Development:
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to build leadership and operational capability.
• Coach line managers on people management, performance improvement, and engagement best practices.

Compensation, Rewards & Engagement:
• Support compensation administration, payroll coordination, and benefits management.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, retention, and productivity.
• Support recognition programs aligned with performance and company values.

Culture, Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership:
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across the QSR environment.
• Partner with Operations Managers and Restaurant Managers to align people strategies with commercial objectives.
• Support change management initiatives related to growth, restructuring, or operational improvements.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years HR management experience within QSR, hospitality, FMCG, retail, or multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting high-volume, fast-paced frontline workforces.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with operational leaders to drive people and business outcomes.

Salary

N700,000 - N800,000 monthly.
