Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly competent Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts

Manage loan and investment accounting, including interest calculations, repayments, and reconciliations

Monitor cash flow, disbursements, recoveries,

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial controls

Track expenses and ensure proper budgetary control

Work closely with operations and credit teams to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,

Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage

Minimum of [2] years’ experience, preferably in a finance, loan, or investment company

Strong knowledge of loan accounting, interest computation, and financial reporting

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
