Role Overview
• We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can independently plan, execute, optimise, and scale digital performance campaigns across multiple platforms.
• This role is ideal for someone who understands FMCG realities, works deeply inside ad platforms, and can translate media spend into measurable business impact—awareness, trials, consideration, and sales.
• You will own end-to-end digital performance execution across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms, working closely with the Brand and Content teams to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Strategy & Execution:
• Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google Search, Display, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Translate brand and commercial objectives into clear performance media strategies
• Own campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
Optimization & Growth:
• Continuously optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, conversions, trials, and sales
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages
• Identify scale opportunities while maintaining efficiency and ROI
Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze campaign performance using platform dashboards, GA, and other analytics tools
• Monitor KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CAC, and conversion rates
• Prepare clear performance reports and insights that connect media spend to business outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with Brand, Content, Creative, and Sales teams to align messaging and execution
• Provide performance feedback to improve creative effectiveness
• Support product launches, promotions, and trade-led campaigns with digital amplification
Platform & Market Awareness:
• Stay up to date with platform updates, ad formats, policies, and best practices
• Experiment with emerging platforms and new performance opportunities relevant to FMCG
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing, preferably within FMCG or fast-paced consumer brands
• Deep, practical experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing: awareness → consideration → conversion
• Proven ability to manage and optimize significant media budgets
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting and insight-generation skills
• Experience working closely with creative and content teams
Preferred Qualifications:
• FMCG, retail, or high-volume consumer product experience
• Experience driving trials, sampling, or offline-to-online conversion campaigns
• Knowledge of attribution models and media measurement frameworks.
