Our client, a reputable financial institution, is seeking a seasoned Senior Banking Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their operational functions in Enugu, Enugu, NG . This key leadership role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in banking operations, process improvement, and team management. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operational policies and procedures that enhance service delivery and mitigate risk. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, including cash management, transaction processing, account opening, and compliance monitoring.
