• This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Human Resources Manager, located in Akure. The role involves overseeing human resources operations, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Daily tasks include managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training programs, and performance evaluations. The position also requires collaborating with leadership to promote a positive workplace culture and fostering employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding processes, and performance management
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture development
• Proficiency in HR strategy development and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Familiarity with training program development and implementation
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to dynamic environments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
