Job Summary: Responsible for recruitment, staff welfare, performance management
Key Responsibilities: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff training. Develop HR policies and manuals. Manage attendance, payroll input, and leave records. Resolve employee disputes and grievances. Organize staff motivation and welfare programs.
Requirements: B.Sc./HND in HR, Business Admin, or related field. Excellent communication & people management skills. Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws. Minimum 1+ years HR experience
