• Are you a results-driven Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex projects across technology, hardware deployment, and business operations? Pajuno is looking for a strategic, organized, and proactive Project Manager to lead cross functional initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
• At Pajuno, we specialize in the distribution, integration, and support of card issuance machines, application development, and enterprise technology solutions and we need a strong Project Manager to keep our projects on track and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
Your roles and responsibilities shall include but not be restricted to the following:
• Task Management & Completion: Oversee all aspects of project tasks, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Developer Deliverables: Coordinate with developer teams to ensure deliverables are aligned with project goals. Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Remote Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a remote team of developers and other technical professionals. Foster a culture of productivity and accountability in a virtual work environment.
• Client Interaction & Expectation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Manage client expectations through clear and regular communication, ensuring satisfaction with project progress and outcomes.
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Communicate project updates clearly to management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, and business objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, IT, Computer science, Business, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of proven project management experience, preferably in tech, fintech, hardware deployment, or enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an added advantage.
