Lead Offshore Production Engineer

This position demands extensive experience in subsea production systems, artificial lift methods, and flow assurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and driving initiatives to maximize hydrocarbon recovery. You will analyze production data, identify operational challenges, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. Key responsibilities include developing and executing production strategies, overseeing well performance monitoring, and conducting regular field assessments (via remote sensing and analytics where possible).
