The Role
wr are seeking passionate and dedicated academic professionals to join our dynamic team across the Nursery, Grade School, and College sections. You will be responsible for fostering intellectual growth, nurturing student potential, and delivering our high standard of innovative education.
Positions Available
• Teachers:* Primary educators for Nursery, Grade School, and College levels.
• Assistant Teachers:* Supporting lead teachers in classroom management and instructional delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and disciplined learning environment.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members on curriculum development and school initiatives.
• (Assistant Teachers) Provide direct support to the lead teacher and small groups of students.
Requirements
• *Teachers:* Minimum *Higher National Diploma (HND)* qualification.
• *Assistant Teachers:* Minimum *Ordinary National Diploma (OND)* qualification.
• Proven passion for teaching and student development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to integrate innovative and compassionate teaching methods.
