This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI. Oversee SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies. Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, blog, and email newsletters. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate them. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively. Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages, ad copy, and email campaigns. Report on key marketing metrics and KPIs to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign execution. Proven experience managing successful SEO, SEM, and social media marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data interpretation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software is a plus. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing individual projects. Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. Understanding of current digital marketing landscape and emerging platforms.
