Job Description
Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company, is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our online marketing efforts. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your preferred location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels, driving significant growth in brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. You will be responsible for defining our digital marketing strategy, managing SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights. Manage and optimize all search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including Google Ads, to maximize ROI. Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Develop and execute engaging social media marketing strategies across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Create and manage compelling content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and video content. Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and retention. Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, identifying key trends and insights. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize website user experience and conversion funnels. Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing campaign effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies, tools, and best practices. Mentor junior marketing team members and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on strategy development and campaign management. Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency in using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure and report on campaign performance. Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in e-commerce or SaaS marketing is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in driving measurable business results through digital marketing initiatives. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team.
