Role Description
• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Coordinator based in Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. The Regional Coordinator - South East Region will be the growth champion responsible for overseeing regional operations and growth, ensuring the implementation of company policies, and driving performance to meet organisational goals. Daily tasks include managing teams, analysing financial reports, coordinating business activities, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive growth opportunities for the south east region.

Key Responsibilities
• Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate teams to achieve targets
• Partner closely with the Management to develop, refine, and execute the regional commercial and marketing road map.
• Lead and oversee all marketing and branding activities across the South eastern region, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Design and optimise comprehensive briefs for campaigns and events, focused on Upper-funnel growth, and Customer acquisition.
• CRM engagement across both retail and partner audiences
• Launching regional initiatives that strengthen brand presence and support commercial priorities
• Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning abilities, ensuring optimal decision-making and goal alignment

Qualifications
• Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to address challenges and implement solutions promptly
• Experience in banking, financial services, or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• 4-5 years proven experience in a similar role with a track record of achieving regional targets
