Role Description
• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bonny, for a Human Resources Generalist.
• The HR Generalist will be responsible for maintaining and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and benefits administration, providing HR support to employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing and improving HR strategies.
• The role involves overseeing various HR functions, promoting workplace harmony, and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Human Resources HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Strong understanding of HR Management practices and strategies
• Knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with labor laws and organizational compliance requirements
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certification e.g., CIPM, SHRM is preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with diverse teams
