Salary: N400,000 net

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Accountant with microfinance experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management: Manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

2. Microfinance Operations: Manage loan disbursements, repayments, and portfolio monitoring

3. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for business decision-making

Requirements

1. Qualification: BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certification, e.g. ACCA, ICAN, will be an added advantage)

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with experience in microfinance or related field

3. Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and financial management skills

4. Experience in a Microfinance Bank is a must

Salary: N400,000
