Qualifications and Requirements:
• BSc/ HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any other related field. A certification in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR Software.
• Working Knowledge of relevant labour laws.
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience of retail chain operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Proximity to the job location is a must.
