Job Description
Role Overview
• Lead company projects accounting function.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and strong financial control.
• Support business growth through sound financial management.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage company projects accounting operations and reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting
• Ensure tax, audit, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor project costs and profitability
• Strengthen financial controls and procedures
• Lead and mentor the accounts team

Requirements
• BSc in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years experience as lead of projects Accounts
• Minimum ot 2 years in the Construction industry
• Understanding of accounts audit processes is an advantage
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• High integrity and attention to detail.
