Role Purpose
Create commercial activity for DESAC by initiating client conversations, booking meetings, and converting field intelligence into revenue opportunities. This is an execution-focused role.
Key Responsibilities
• Daily outreach to operators, EPCs, and service companies (calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
• Book meetings, site visits, and commercial discussions
• Capture market and field intelligence
• Share DESAC capability materials with prospects
• Log all activities, outcomes, and next actions in Zoho CRM
• Submit daily BD activity reports
Key Performance Indicators
• Daily outreach attempts
• Meetings booked
• Opportunities created in CRM
• Follow-up compliance and reporting accuracy
Skills & Attributes
• Confident communicator
• Comfortable with phone-based outreach
• Disciplined with reporting and CRM usage
• Willingness to learn oil & gas operations
