Role Summary
We are seeking passionate, qualified, and experienced Secondary School Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, and fostering an environment of academic and spiritual growth in line with our Christian values.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards for secondary school students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Manage classroom dynamics to create a safe, positive, and disciplined learning environment.
• Serve as a positive role model, integrating strong Christian values into teaching and student interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and staff meetings.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Education: A Graduate Degree, PGDE (Postgraduate Diploma in Education), NCE (Nigeria Certificate in Education), or other relevant teaching qualifications.
• Experience: Must have relevant teaching experience in Secondary School Education.
• Personal: Must possess strong Christian values and be committed to the school's mission.
