JOB SUMMARY
• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to strengthen our recruitment function and support our growing teams.
• This role goes beyond posting job ads. We’re looking for someone who understands that recruitment is a strategic lever — the right hire improves performance, culture, and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition to confirmation
• Working closely with Hiring Managers to clarify role expectations and success criteria
• Building and nurturing talent pipelines LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, databases
• Conducting structured screening interviews and shortlisting qualified candidates
• Coordinating interview panels and ensuring a professional candidate experience
• Tracking recruitment metrics time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline strength
• Supporting onboarding documentation and new hire integration
• Contributing to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field
• +2 years’ experience in HR, particularly in recruitment
• Experience using talent sourcing platforms
• Basic understanding of structured interviews and competency-based assessment
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• High attention to detail and organisational discipline
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Ability to work with urgency, ownership, and accountability
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-performance environment
