In partnership with our client, we are seeking a Growth and Marketing Lead to serve as the architect of market expansion in Nigeria's fintech landscape. You will be a pivotal strategic partner in building brand presence, driving user acquisition, and establishing partnerships that turn a growing AI-powered healthcare and enterprise solution into a household name. Your Responsibilities...

Strategic Growth & Market Entry

You will design and execute the strategy for entry into the Nigerian market, focusing on rapid user acquisition and brand visibility.

You will own the growth funnel, analyzing metrics to optimize conversion rates, customer retention, and overall ROI.

You will identify and secure key partnerships that accelerate credibility and reach within the fintech and healthcare ecosystems.

Brand & Performance Marketing

You will lead the marketing department, providing strategic direction for product marketing, content creation, and community engagement.

You will oversee performance marketing campaigns, ensuring every dollar spent is backed by data and contributes to growth milestones.

You will act as the guardian of brand integrity, ensuring communication is consistent, professional, and inspiring across all platforms.

Leadership & Collaboration

You will mentor and guide a team of product marketers, designers, and content creators to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.

You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to align marketing efforts with the company's broader commercial goals.

What Success looks like...

Successfully launch and establish a measurable brand presence in the Nigerian market within the first 6 months.

Achieve a 20% month-on-month growth in new user sign-ups through optimized marketing channels.

Implement engagement strategies that maintain a high retention rate for newly acquired enterprise and individual users.

Secure at least 3 high-impact strategic partnerships that directly contribute to lead generation and revenue growth.

To be considered for this role you should have...

A proven track record in growth marketing or brand management within the Fintech or Finance industry.

Extensive experience in the Nigerian market (experience in both Nigeria and Ghana is a significant advantage).

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable marketing insights.

Demonstrated leadership experience, having managed teams or departments in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in 0 to 1 growth, knowing how to market a brand that is just starting out in a new region.
