Sales Merchandiser (FMCG) - Lagos, Abuja, Kano
Full-time
We're hiring an experienced Sales Merchandiser to drive sales and grow our brands in Lagos, Abuja, and Kano.
Job Summary:
You'll lead sales, manage key accounts, and execute trade marketing activities to boost visibility and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Account Management: Meet sales targets, manage accounts, and expand coverage.
2. Trade & Brand Execution: Execute product launches, pricing updates, and in-store activations.
3. Route-to-Market: Coordinate with Supply/Logistics and other teams.
4. Performance & Reporting: Monitor sales, market share, and promo ROI; submit reports.
Requirements:
• HND/BSc in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2-3 years FMCG sales experience
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Analytical and proactive with excellent communication skills
