The Nigerian Air Force Microfinance Bank is looking to recurit a Marketer who will create brand awareness and develop marketing campaigns and strategies to promote products and services.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, contribute to and execute marketing strategies to generate profit and expand the bank's customer base
• Develop a referral network and cross-sell products and services of the bank to achieve targets
• Achieve growth within the key performance indicators; liability and risk asset generation, account opening and income generation.
• Manage customer relationships by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Locate, liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including clients and target customers
• Perform due diligence during customer engagement and sales of products and services
• Conduct market research, competitive analyses and lead generation to expand customer range
• Be active in finding new sales opportunities for business development
Requirements
• Minimum qualification of B.Sc. or HND in any field.
• Ability to meet set targets with little or no supervision
• At least 1 year experience with a proven record of achieving sales targets and driving optimal performance
• Passion and aptitude for sales, market trends, customer relations and knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
