Job Summary
Bradfield Consulting Limited is recruiting a qualified and experienced Financial Accounting Educator on behalf of a reputable client based in Lagos. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality financial accounting instruction, support learner development, and ensure effective knowledge transfer in line with professional and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured and engaging lessons in financial accounting concepts and principles.
Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and instructional resources.
Simplify complex accounting topics for effective learner understanding.
Prepare learners for professional examinations and practical accounting applications.
Assess and monitor learner progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
Stay current with accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and learner support.
Maintain accurate academic records and reports.
Collaborate with internal academic and administrative teams to improve learning outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications
• B Ed in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional qualifications such as TRCN or equivalent (an added advantage)
• Minimum of 2 years and above in accounting practice and/or teaching
• Proven teaching, training, or facilitation experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
