Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

•Partner with senior management and department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.

•Provide strategic HR advice on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.

•Support leadership in achieving productivity, growth, and compliance objectives.

Talent Management & Workforce Planning

•Lead talent acquisition strategies for technical, sales, and management roles.

•Drive succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development initiatives.

•Identify skills gaps and implement training and development programs.

Performance Management & Employee Engagement

•Implement and manage performance management systems aligned with company objectives.

•Coach managers on performance improvement, goal setting, and employee feedback.

•Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a high-performance culture.

Employee Relations & Compliance

•Manage employee relations issues, including discipline, grievances, and conflict resolution.

•Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.

•Advise management on disciplinary procedures and termination processes.

Compensation, Benefits & Reward

•Support compensation and benefits planning to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

•Advise on salary reviews, incentives, promotions, and reward programs.

•Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.

HR Policies, Processes & Governance

•Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.

•Ensure HR practices align with regulatory and compliance requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.

•Support audits and internal reviews relating to HR processes.

Change Management & Culture

•Support organizational change initiatives, restructuring, and workforce transitions.

•Champion company values, ethics, and a culture of compliance and professionalism.

•Drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and workplace wellness initiatives.

HR Reporting & Analytics

•Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and insights to support management decision-making.

•Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, performance, and engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₦300,000.00 per month
