Job Summary:
The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote CGR’s diverse business units and enhance brand visibility across all sectors. The role focuses on executing marketing campaigns, managing brand communication, supporting business growth initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms and markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support the growth and visibility of all business units
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive positioning within each industry segment
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing events that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Administrative Officer to manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content updates, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Strategy Officer to design and deliver marketing materials, proposals, and sales support tools.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and return on investment.
• Maintain the brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Coordinate with external vendors, creative agencies, and media partners to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
• Support internal communication and employee engagement campaigns that reinforce the company’s values and brand culture.
• Prepare periodic marketing performance reports and recommendations for management decision-making.
• Contribute to innovation in marketing approach, leveraging data analytics and technology to improve reach and conversion.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, or corporate communications.
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience in a multi-industry or diversified organization is an added advantage.
Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and communication strategy.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and creative design sense.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Innovative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable campaigns.
• High energy, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-sector environment.
