Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Akure for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, maintaining strong business relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales efforts with broader marketing campaigns. The role will also involve providing training to sales staff, analyzing market trends, and meeting sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets.
• Capability to conduct Training and support team members in achieving their goals.
• Analytical skills for understanding market trends and developing strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM tools will be advantageous.
