Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes
• Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures
• Manage payroll coordination and staff benefits administration
• Develop and implement training and development programs
• Provide HR reports and analytics to management
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional certification CIPM, SHRM, etc. is an advantage
