Requirements
• Degree with a minimum second class upper
• Min. 5 years related experience in HRM
• Holds a Professional Qualification (CIPM).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be computer literate, a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills
Responsibilities
Hiring, documentation, appraisal, personnel administration and logistics, performance management and staff competence development.
Candidate should be able to develop and implement HR projects, including training, compensation, benefits and pension.
