Job Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:
Hiring and managing your own sales team.
Identifying market opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Providing unparalleled customer service.
Partnering with Talent Acquisition to recruit top sales talent.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales or related roles.
Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals independently.
Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with confidence and business acumen.
Preferred residency in Ajah or nearby areas.
